Returns & Exchanges Policy

The Madame Smith Collection is a labor of love and attention to detail, comprised of unique, hand-sewn pieces. Our merchandise is not mass-produced, manufactured by machine or a common occurrence. We take pride in being able to offer every woman the luxury of owning a “MS” piece and trusting the quality, durability and experience to meet her needs. 

How long do I have to make a return?
All sales are FINAL. If Madamesmith.com incorrectly packages your order including shipping a wrong or damaged item, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the order shipment date in original, new condition for an exchange/item correction. If the item purchased is no longer available, Madamesmith.com will offer a store credit.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

Madamesmith.com customer support will issue return shipping labels for customers within the 50 US States for return of incorrect or damaged items.

We are unable to issue return shipping labels outside of the 50 US States at this time. All international returns are responsible for return shipping.

Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)** with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be not be accepted.

**MADAME SMITH reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if terms have not been followed.

How long does it take to get a refund?
All sales are FINAL. Exchanges are allowed only at the fault of MadameSmith.com.

How and where do I send my return?
Please contact us at info@madamesmith.com if you think you have received an incorrect order or have entered any contact information incorrectly. We answer all correspondence in 24-48 hours and will provide return label(s) and instructions.

Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
MadameSmith.com will honor an exchange if the item received does not match the purchase history/SKU # and is returned in original, new condition. Please contact us at info@madamesmith.com for immediate assistance.

All exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receipt if a different size is needed for the SAME item. Please send your order back to us specifically indicating what size you require. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and reship the correct size within 5 business days via USPS.

International Return Policy
Returns are accepted on merchandise that is shipped back within 10 days of its delivery date and for the purpose of a verified exchange.  MADAME SMITH is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding custom policies and fees please contact your local customs office. At this time, MADAME SMITH cannot provide return shipping labels for any orders outside of the US. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
