Kroger’s “Zero Hunger Zero Waste” Challenge
Hey Lovelies! I think one of the reasons I was created for our Earth is to giveback to others; to help as many people as I possibly can – with whatever resources and possibilities I have. I promise this is true and I say this wholeheartedly, but I absolutely love helping as many individuals that I possibly can whether it be family, friends, or strangers I’ve always found myself lending a helping hand.
I recently accepted a campaign from Kroger that absolutely aligned with who I am and what I am about. It’s often times a challenge to actually come across campaigns like this so I’m sure as you’d expect, I was eager, elated, excited, thankful, grateful (you get the point, lol) to partner with them…! As an influencer, I really try to accept campaigns surrounding products, things, events that I am proud to represent or that are a reflection of who I am as person. I also aim to influence others to purchase things I’d actually want to purchase, try things I’d actually try, visit places I’m interested in, and eat things that are actually appetizing. Sure, in the past there have been times I’m not too peachy about a campaign or sponsored post and I think all new influencers come across this debacle, but I am now more determined to actually accept these based off of my standards.
September is Hunger Action Month so I’m joining @KrogerCo in helping raise awareness that 40% of the food produced in the U.S. is uneaten, yet 1 in 8 Americans struggle with hunger. I chose to donate essentials & groceries to @thelamission… Kroger’s mission with Zero Hunger Zero Waste is to end hunger in our communities and eliminate waste in their company by 2025. During the month of September, I strongly encourage you guys to donate a bag of groceries to a local food bank or shelter and challenge someone to do the same; I challenge each of you to participate in creating a boomerang effect of love and giving with me!!! PLASE!!!!! Every little bit counts. Every kind gesture matters! 🙏🏽🙌🏽❤️
